Understanding terms and conditions is important. We also know that the legal stuff can sometimes be a bit boring and that you might not always “do the right thing” by reading them, so we’ve tried our best to keep them as informative and jargon-free as possible.

We promise to keep your personal information safe and secure. We'll make sure that no-one, other than yourself, can access your account or view your financial details. We also understand that junk mail can be really annoying so promise not to pass on your email address, home address or any other details to any third party other than eKomi our independent provider of reviews and feedback. Whom only details of the products ordered and the email address are passed.
A Special Note About Children
The Website is not designed or intended for use by children under the age of 16, and our Products and Services may not be purchased by children under the age of 16. We do not intentionally gather personal information from visitors who are under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you are not permitted to submit any personal information to us. If you are under the age of 16, you should use the Website only with consent of a parent or guardian.
Payment Terms and Contract of Sale
When you purchase a product from Proporta, the contract of sale only occurs when your goods are dispatched and your card is charged. We will NOT charge your credit card if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, including if the goods are not in stock. In a nutshell, your credit card will not be charged until your order has left the building.
Our Returns Policy
At Proporta, we try to make your experience as pain free as possible by offering a never-argue, Lifetime Exchange Warranty.
Policy on Personalised Cases
Personalised Cases: We regret that we cannot cancel orders once placed or offer refunds or replacements of personalised cases unless there is a fault with the product - in which case we will, as always, be happy to refund or replace according to your preference and our terms. Normally, we are happy to replace or refund a product if you change your mind but, once the case has been personalised, we cannot offer it for resale. Our Lifetime Warranty is not affected - if your personalised case (or any case) ever develops a fault, we will refund or replace it according to our Terms and Conditions.
When using our personalisation service, it is your responsibility to comply with any relevant laws and not to cause offence or harm to any person or organisation. You also agree not to supply by any means copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright owner.
Proporta reserves the right to use any designs or text supplied by its customers for the purposes of promotion. Please contact us if you would like us to waive this right.
All personalised products will take 1-2 days to be dispatched than a standard product.
If no font is selected, the default font 'Noto Serif' will be used.
Promotion code/s for personalisation can be applied only on your next order with us. Please note that all your existing orders will be shipped with the confirmed order total. If you require any assistance please don't hesitate to contact us on hello@proporta.com. Please note: Some of the promotions we run, are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer including free shipping.
Note: The free shipping promotion doesn't apply to any portable chargers/batteries.

All site-wide promotional offers don't include any Greenwich products.
Proporta reserves the right to extend or cancel or change any Promotion at any time.
Twitter Competitions
Entry into the prize draw is free.
Draw opens on Friday morning and closes at 9.00hrs on the next Monday.
Entry into the draw is made by completing all the tasks on the prize draw page on https://twitter.com/proporta. Only one entry per person is permitted per weekly prize period. Entries will not roll over to the following week. Max one prize per person for the promotional period.
No responsibility will be taken by Proporta for entries which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly, lost or are awarded in error. Incorrect and incomplete entries will not qualify for the prize draw. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place after 9am on the next Monday.
Winners will be contacted via email after each weekly draw and given details of how to claim their prize.
If a winner has not responded to the email or twitter message within 2 working days, an alternative winner will be drawn. Up to a maximum of two alternate winners will be chosen following the initial draw.
The prize draw may be promoted in other Proporta sponsored promotions before the closing date.
All entrants to the prize draw will be deemed to have accepted the rules.
All prize elements are subject to availability.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part.

Lifetime Exchange Warranty
All Proporta* branded and Greenwich hardware products come with a Lifetime Exchange Warranty. So if there is a manufacturing fault or during your first 14 days you're not totally happy, you can return the product to us and we'll exchange it for another one. The Proporta lifetime exchange warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects and is only valid for the lifetime of the relevant device/phone the product is designed for and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. In the event that the original product is no longer available, a best match alternative product of similar value for the same device/phone will be offered. Note: Proporta's warranty applies to your initial purchase only. The lifetime exchange warranty excludes Proporta ninetysix, Proporta Smart, Proporta TurboChargers (and all of its contents) and the Proporta Pocket Power, which have a one year exchange warranty from the date of dispatch.
We can provide you with a full refund if a Proporta branded product is returned within 90 days from the date of dispatch.
Note: Due to PayPal refund policy, if your item is paid for with PayPal we can only accept returns within 60 days from date of purchase.
Proporta ninety-six
All Proporta ninety-six products come with a standard one year exchange warranty. However, you can upgrade to a FREE Lifetime Exchange Warranty by registering the details of your purchase with us here. You will be entitled to a refund if a Proporta ninety-six branded product is returned within 90 days from the date of dispatch.
